Empowering Families Since 1989
As a Special Needs Planner since 1989, I’ve presented over 500 seminars, met with hundreds of families, written books set out Special Needs Plans, watched how the legacy their parents and family’s left for their special child enhanced their child’s life As I move on I decided to share my experience and the families I met into one encompassing website to ease the worry and tress of answering their question, ”What’s going to happen to our child after we’ve gone?”
Instead of putting everything into one huge planning binder, I found families wanted me to break the process down into small easy to complete steps that the family can follow. Its said it’s easier to eat an elephant one piece at a time. So that’s what I did.
Darryl Erentzen and I redesigned the web site to include all those easy-to-follow steps, all my years of special needs planning in one place, with all the research and materials you may need.
Do the right thing
Instead of spending days and even weeks with a financial planner, lawyer and other professionals with a lot of legal language and spending a lot of money I’ve broken it down into sections and booklets that explain in plain language what each step is, in place of a huge binder that may have costs thousands of dollars that you look at and say, “Did we do the right thing?”.
Planning for the time when you’re not here should be easy to complete and available to every family at cost everyone can afford.
My objective in creating Special Needs Planning web site for families who have a child with a disability, was to take away the difficulty and expense.
When I created my “do it yourself” website, my objective of creating a new site was to market the Special Needs Living Henson Trust agreement.
A living Henson Trust agreement, available to families who have a child with a disability, at a cost anyone can afford.
VS a Testamentary trust agreement that can’t be funded until after the parents die. Grandparents and siblings’ friends can’t fund it until the parents die. Parents won’t know how it works because they won’t be there to see it.
Well, now you can!
Mr. Dowson’s expertise would make him a valuable resource to individuals or organizations seeking guidance in this often complex area.
The program is simple. My son will receive through a trustee of my choosing whatever he needs at regular intervals, not to exceed the government cap. The fund will supplement whatever benefits he receives from the government.
That is what life insurance is all about. I not only support it but promote it to anyone who cares about what happens to their children when they are gone.
You’re in good hands with LifeTRUST Planning, and a good lawyer to set up the trust.
Our inquiries led us to explore a LifeTRUST Plan through LifeTRUST Planning, that we now have in place. This has given us peace of mind that our son will be adequately taken care or regardless of funding.
We are pleased to recommend LifeTRUST Planning to anyone in a situation similar to ours who might be looking for a solution to their present problem.
